- Anonymisation suggestions
are intended to support recruitment processes and must not be treated as final hiring decisions.
Final recruitment and employment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the recruiting organisation.
TwikRecruit does not guarantee:
- hiring outcomes
- candidate suitability
- elimination of bias
- regulatory compliance by customers
5. Anonymised Recruitment Features
TwikRecruit may provide anonymised screening functionality designed to support fairer recruitment practices.
While TwikRecruit provides tools intended to reduce unconscious bias, the platform cannot guarantee the elimination of bias in recruitment decisions.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring fair and lawful recruitment practices.

Customers agree to:
- Use the platform lawfully and ethically
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment laws
- Obtain lawful authority to process candidate data
- Avoid discriminatory or unlawful hiring practices
- Review AI-generated outputs before use
- Maintain appropriate recruitment governance
Customers must not:
- Upload unlawful or harmful content
- Misuse candidate data
- Attempt unauthorised system access
- Reverse engineer platform functionality
- Use the platform for fraudulent recruitment activity
7. Candidate Data and Privacy
TwikRecruit processes candidate information on behalf of recruiting organisations.
Candidate data may include:
- CVs
- Contact details
- Employment history
- Interview feedback
- Recruitment notes
- Assessment information
Data processing is governed by applicable privacy and data protection laws including GDPR where applicable.
8. Candidate Consent
Candidates applying through TwikRecruit must provide consent for their information to be processed for recruitment purposes.
Consent records and timestamps may be retained for audit and compliance purposes.
9. Data Retention
TwikRecruit may support configurable retention periods for candidate data.
Customers are responsible for determining appropriate retention periods based on applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Expired candidate data may be anonymised, archived or deleted in accordance with configured retention settings.

TwikRecruit implements reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect customer and candidate data.
This includes:

Customers are responsible for:

11. Multi-Tenant Environment
TwikRecruit operates as a multi-tenant platform.
Each customer's data is logically separated from other customer environments.
Customers must not attempt to access data belonging to another organisation.

TwikRecruit is not responsible for:
- third-party outages
- external platform policies

Use of third-party integrations may be subject to additional provider terms.

- reputational damage
- business interruption
- candidate conduct
Platform services are provided on an "as available" basis.

TwikRecruit may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- breach these terms
- engage in unlawful activity
- compromise platform security
- misuse candidate information
Customers may terminate use of the platform in accordance with their subscription agreement.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
